FR-1: 30 ft front, 10 ft side, 30 ft rear. R-1/7000: 20 ft front, 6 ft side, 20 ft rear. R-1/5000: 15 ft front, 4 ft side, 15 ft rear. RMF zones: 15 ft front, 4 ft side, 15 ft rear with height-based increases.
CN: 10 ft front. CB: 0 ft (build-to line). CG: 0 ft. D-1/D-2: No setbacks.
RMF zones: 1 ft additional setback per 1 ft of height above 20 ft. Creates 45-degree angle plane. Often the binding constraint for mid-rise projects.
Board of Adjustment, $350-$500 fee, 4-8 weeks. Requires special circumstances and no self-created hardship.
